💡 Insight - Here’s how to craft your own ChatGPT on-page SEO audit agent:

1. Create a Cloudflare Pages worker for your agent - This allows your agent to gather information from the website you’re trying to parse and view its current state of SEO. It’s free to create an account, so start there. Then, follow the detailed steps on SEJ’s guide.

2. Configure your own GPT - Next, you’ll need to turn your GPT into an SEO agent. Create a new GPT in ChatGPT and follow SEJ’s guide to configuring this correctly. Their guide includes specific triggers, instructions, conversation starters, and code to fetch your SEO data.

3. Test your GPT and get familiar with your options - No better way to find out how it works than trying it out! You should be able to prompt it to test any URL before running it on your own site just by prompting “Use X as the URL”

4. Customize your GPT to your needs - Follow the golden rule of SEO and always be tweaking. You can update your conversation starters to adjust user-agents, edit instructions to better meet your needs, add triggers and responses, or add more user agents to your list.
