🗞 TL;DR: Social media managers’ biggest challenge is balancing quality with quantity. AI is not going anywhere, so let’s use it to scale without burning out or having a concerning screen time. There is an art to pairing automation with human creativity and that sweet spot is the new goal because it allows brands to post more consistently, repurpose faster, and use saved time for strategy and community-building.
💡 Insight: AI can help brainstorm post concepts, generate script drafts, repurpose videos into multiple formats, and help with captions tailored to different platforms. However, you still need a human creative to elevate the productive output into a post that resonates. Leave the editing, fact-checking, and adding brand voice to the experts.
It’s not about automating a whole job, or even a 50-50 effort, but learning how and where to combine AI’s speed with human judgment to scale without losing authenticity. Everyone’s feed is full of brands trying to push AI-generated content, and instead of focusing on the actual message that the content is trying to send, audiences are laser-focused on figuring out whether it’s real or robotic. Embracing transparency and letting your community know when you use AI is just another way to build trust.
