🚫 Don’t Let SOC 2 Kill Your Startup

A startup was thriving - steady growth, happy customers, investors circling. Then a big client asked for SOC 2.

They chose a big platform: endless tasks, confusing checklists, engineers pulled off product. Deals stalled. Competitors moved in. Those competitors? They used Delve.

Fifteen hours later, they were audit-ready and closed the deal. The first startup never recovered.

Don’t be that startup. Delve automates compliance. SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, GDPR, PCI-DSS and more — ready in days, not months.

Today, compliance is done in Delve.

⚡️ Today’s Headlines ⚡️

🛒 Facebook added AI tools to Marketplace. The new updates are designed to make it easier to shop user listings in the app, with item collections, collaborative messaging, AI suggestions for queries, and more.

🌟 Our lead gen service just got this 5-star review in from Jacob McMillen @ Kynship: "Their process is strategic and focused on real outcomes, and they brought in over 100 qualified leads for us at just $66 per lead while targeting a notoriously challenging ICP." 👉🏼 See If You’re A Good Fit Here

💡 Today’s Insight 💡

🗞 TL;DR - Want people to engage with your content? You might need to engage first. According to an analysis from Buffer of over 2M posts from Threads, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and Bluesky, replying to comments can significantly boost your engagement across all the platforms.

💡 Insight - Here’s how much replying to comments impacts engagement across each major platform:

  • Threads: +42%

    • Replies on Threads are given the same visual weight as posts! Even the Head of Instagram himself said people, “don’t realize how important the reply game is. If you're really trying to grow your presence, you should reply much more than you post.”

  • LinkedIn: +30%

    • Roughly 83% of profiles saw a positive difference when they replied. The platform also now provides impression metrics for comments, so you can see the power of your commenting impact.

  • Instagram: +21%

    • Posts with replied-to comments tend to score above an account’s usual engagement level, while those without replies sit slightly below. According to Buffer’s analyst, “When creators engage back in their comments, their posts perform better relative to their own baseline.”

  • Facebook: +9%

    • It may seem much smaller, but Facebook’s engagement patterns are more broad and mature, so even a single-digit lift across a million posts is meaningful. About 54% of Facebook Pages performed better when they replied.

  • Twitter/X: +8%

    • Of note, X’s multiple account tiers each have different algorithmic visibility. Posts with replied comments sat slightly above each account’s baseline performance, with about 51% of accounts showing positive effects.

  • Bluesky: +5%

    • Bluesky’s impact was smaller than other platforms likely due to the platform’s newer, niche audience but still had a similar pattern to the other more established social platforms.
