🛑 Stop Ignoring 98% of Your Market

98% of your audience isn’t ready to buy today, let alone book a call or start your free trial. But most marketing strategies focus solely on the 2% who are by asking people to book a call or start a free trial before they have even been educated to on why they should buy.

That’s why we designed My Lead Ads Funnel:

  • Surface the buyers ready to act now.

  • Build trust with the rest of your market so they’re warmed up when they are.

This is the best B2B strategy in the game.

💡 Today’s Insight 💡

🗞 TL;DR - Believe it or not, LinkedIn is one of the largest social platforms, with a user base of over one billion people. So, if you haven’t integrated it into your social strategy yet, consider this your sign to start.

But in order to grow your LinkedIn marketing strategy, your content needs to get in front of the right people. A great way to achieve that is through the use of hashtags. LinkedIn’s hashtags are always evolving, so it’s important to keep up with best practices if you want an effective campaign.

💡 Insight - Here are some tips to help you #perfect your LinkedIn hashtag strategy:

  1. Combine hashtags with your keyword strategy. LinkedIn, like many other social platforms, is pushing towards typical SEO. But this doesn’t mean that hashtags are no longer important; it just means that you should be combining them with your keyword strategy and social search best practices.

  2. Use LinkedIn Analytics to refine your strategy. LinkedIn’s analytics tool has a helpful feature that allows you to track the performance of posts with specific hashtags. Use those insights to tweak your hashtag choices for future content.

  3. Use hashtags sparingly and strategically. We’ve graduated from the internet age of adding fifteen hashtags to every post we publish. These days, you should aim for 1-5 per post, with a healthy mix of niche and popular or trending hashtags.

  4. Write your hashtags for accessibility. If your hashtags have a lot of words, make sure to capitalize the first letter of each word. This makes them easier to read and makes it easier for users to engage with your content.

  5. Experiment with your hashtags. The best way to grow on any social platform is to test and improve your strategies continuously, and your use of hashtags is no exception. By experimenting with different options, you may come across keywords that resonate highly with a specific audience.

  6. Track your competition. Keep an eye on your competitors’ LinkedIn activity and their use of hashtags to see what’s working for them. This can help you identify trends that you can adapt to your own strategy.
