Today's Essential Marketing News & Tips

Apparently today is National Bike to Work Day, so I guess I’ll go ride my Peloton (I work from home) 🚲

📈 Rank Where Buyers Search These Days (ChatGPT, Claude & More)

Most SEO agencies are still stuck optimizing for Google rankings… while your buyers are already searching inside tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. Ranked is built for what actually matters now.

We use them ourselves, and the results speak for themselves:

  • SEO/AEO software & service — It covers everything you'd get with SEMRush, Ahrefs or Profound at a fraction of the cost. Track as many keywords as you want on all AI search engines, Ranked AI will get you ranked on them for you.

  • Managed for you — you won't have to do it yourself, it's a full service, embedded into software with a focus on AI search.

  • No crazy contracts — all plans are month-to-month, starting at just $99/month

I know what you’re thinking: “$99? Is it a scam?” Nope.

Just a team that figured out how to make SEO actually affordable and effective. They have over 5,000 active clients for a reason... mostly for agencies that white-label them. So cut the middleman and go straight to the source!

💡 Today’s Insight 💡

🗞 TL;DR - LinkedIn has long been a driver for B2B discovery, but it’s now evolving beyond just a social network into a core AI discovery layer for B2B brands. In Search Engine Land, one digital marketing team showcases three ways they’ve approached AEO through LinkedIn and the outcomes you can expect.

💡 Insight - Here are the 3 ways you can use LinkedIn for B2B AI discovery:

  1. Optimize earned media. B2B discovery is shifting away from the traditional “Google search → website visit” journey and toward AI-mediated recommendation systems where credibility, authority, and structured expertise matter more than raw traffic. This means if you want to have a higher likelihood of feeding LLM signals that your brand is trustworthy, you need to make sure all your brand areas are optimized, especially your LinkedIn channel.

  2. Feed the LLMs strategic content. 800 to 1,000 words of high-quality, original, differentiated content on LinkedIn is a great target for driving AEO mentions. LinkedIn articles and newsletters are perfect forums for this as users open them expecting deep dives and won’t instinctively bounce after clicking “read more” like they do on other platforms.

  3. Invest in building post-engagement. Social proof is a strong sign of authority, and it doesn’t require dedicating all of your time or budget towards engagement. Research shows LinkedIn posts with at least 10 quality comments and/or 60 reactions are particularly influential for LLMs.

The moral is, visibility in AI search may depend as much on your LinkedIn presence as your website and it’s only growing in B2B.
